Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. Availability and estimated delivery time by market are listed below.
Markets we ship to:
- Contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.): estimated total delivery time of 4–8 business days (see Delivery Time below). Shipping is free for all orders.
Markets we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. minor outlying islands
- U.S. military bases (APO / FPO / DPO addresses)
- U.S. affiliated islands and territories, including Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands
- All destinations outside the United States
We do not provide any shipping service to the locations listed above, and free shipping is not available for them.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time:
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping transit time: 3–5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–8 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery may take longer during holidays, flight delays, severe weather, or other carrier disruptions that are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net/en by entering your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after your order ships.
Our Shipping Partners
We work with logistics partners in the United States, and all orders are shipped from within the United States.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when you check out, including the street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us right away at service@hpygn.shop and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships. Packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Taxes
All product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of sales tax. Where applicable, taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the state of your delivery address, and the amount is shown before you complete your payment.
